  • Would you like to grow your knowledge about caring for Infants and Toddlers? 

    This free, 3-credit course teaches how to care for infants and toddlers using the Program for Infant/Toddler Care (PITC) approach. You will learn how to help very young children grow, feel safe, and learn in group care settings.

    Topics include:

    How babies and toddlers grow and learn
    Understanding different temperaments and feelings
    Building confidence and healthy relationships
    Working with families and supporting all children
    Early brain development and how culture shapes learning
     

    The Child Development Division (CDD) is offering this 3-credit course free to accepted applicants (a $975 value).

    Course dates: January 19, 2027 - May 30, 2027 asynchronous.
