    Payment Disbursement Details

     

  • OCS will issue child support payments to you electronically either through direct deposit into the bank account of your choice or through deposit onto a debit card called the ReliaCard.

    ReliaCard is a Prepaid Visa® Debit Card that can be used to make purchases, pay bills, and get cash everywhere Visa Debit Cards are accepted. It's not a credit card. You don't need a bank account.

    •  Review the ReliaCard Disclosures before making your selection.

    Regardless of which option you select to receive your child support funds, these funds are usually available to you within 7-10 business days after OCS receives a payment.

  • The ReliaCard will be mailed to the address provided within 7-10 business days from the date of enrollment or the date that the child support order has been processed and becomes effective. Sign up to get email or text1 alerts when funds are added to your card.

  • This request will replace any other Payment Disbursement Authorizations I have in place with Vermont OCS and will apply to all of my active OCS cases. I understand that I can make a change to my payment disbursement method at any time by submitting a new Payment Disbursement Authorization form, available on the OCS website.
